Shipping policy



Salamat for choosing Robinsons Appliances! We understand that every appliance is an investment and not just some “budol for your home and family. Our priority is to ensure your new appliance arrives in pristine, working condition. 

 

1. Handling & Secure Packaging 

Because we handle high-value appliances, we take extra care in our "Quality Check" (QC) process. 

  • All packaging are inspected before dispatch to prevent dents or damages. 

  • We use double-layer bubble wrap necessary to prevent transit damage. 

  • We use fragile stickers to indicate how products should be handled accordingly.  

  • We use plastic to prevent the waybill and the official receipt from getting wet.  

 

2. Delivery Areas & Specialized Couriers 

We ship currently within Metro Manila. For large appliances, we use couriers experienced in handling fragile/heavy items. 

 

3. Shipping Rates & Timelines 

As these are bulky items, delivery times may vary slightly to ensure safe handling:

Note: Oversized or bulky items may require an additional 2–3 business days for specialized handling and transport.

 

4. Factors Affecting Delivery (Delays) 

To protect your investment, we may pause or experience delays on shipping during: 

  • Severe Weather/Typhoons: We do not ship large electronics during heavy floods or storms to avoid water damage. 

  • Peak Seasons: During double digit sales like 11.11, 12.12, or the Christmas season, courier hubs may be congested. 

  • Remote Areas: Areas requiring sea-freight (VisMin) may experience delays due to port schedules. 

 

5. Receiving Your Investment (Crucial) 

To protect your warranty and ensure a smooth return/exchange if needed: 

  • Inspect the Box: Check for any major dents or holes on the packaging before signing the courier’s receipt. 

  • Accept or Reject: Upon checking, feel free to reject the item if it shows any signs of damages 

  • The "Unboxing" Proof: We encourage a raw, unedited unboxing video from the moment the tape is broken until the unit is plugged in/tested. This serves as your protection against factory defects or shipping damage.

6. Installation Services 

Our delivery team does not provide installation.  

However, we can connect you to our brand authorized service center partners who can install these items either for free or for a cost depending on the promo on your order.
