Yes. If the item is not yet packed or shipped, the order can still be cancelled. Contact us to confirm: call 0918-893-1000 or email hellosupport@robinsonsappliances.com.ph.
We currently deliver within Metro Manila.
Standard delivery takes 2–10 business days depending on your area.
Please do the following immediately upon receipt:
- Do not accept if the product packaging is damaged. Inform the delivery personnel right away and take clear photos.
- Open the packaging and check that all items and parts are complete.
- Take clear photos and videos of the complete item, official receipt, waybill, and warranty card if there is any concern.

Yes. Most appliances have a 1–2 year manufacturer's warranty. Details are on the product page and inside the product box.
First, refer to the user manual for troubleshooting. If unresolved:

- Message our Customer Service Hotline so we can help connect you to a service center near you.
Yes. We offer installation through our accredited 3rd party service providers. Additional charges and materials may apply.
Yes, for safety and to maintain your warranty. DIY installation can void your warranty.
- Clean regularly
- Don't overload machines or circuits
- Use voltage regulators if needed
- Get ACs and fridges serviced yearly
No. Parts are available exclusively through authorized service centers or the manufacturer.
All appliances sold by Robinsons Appliances come with an official manufacturer's warranty. To claim:
- Check the warranty card or manual for coverage period and authorized service center info.
- Contact the brand's service center directly to schedule an inspection or repair.
- Prepare: original sales invoice or delivery receipt, warranty card (if provided), and a clear description of the issue.
Some service centers offer home service for large appliances like ACs, refrigerators, or washing machines.
