Eligibility
  1. This promotion is open to all Go Rewards members who are Filipino residents of the Philippines, are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and meet the eligibility requirements stated in these promotion mechanics.
  2. Employees of Robinsons Appliances Corporation, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and public relations agencies involved in the promotion, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in this promotion.
How to Register
  1. Customers who make a qualified purchase during the promo period must scan the official promo QR code provided in the promotional materials to access the registration page.
  2. Customers must complete the required registration details, provide their Go Rewards membership information and purchase details, and voluntarily opt in to the promotion.
  3. Upon successful registration, a confirmation message shall be sent to the participant to confirm that their registration has been received. The registration details and corresponding timestamp shall be recorded in the system for verification and validation purposes.
  4. By submitting the registration form, participants confirm their agreement to these promo mechanics and consent to the processing of their personal data for purposes of administering the promotion, validating entries, notifying winners, and awarding prizes.
  5. A qualified purchase does not automatically qualify a customer for the raffle. Only eligible customers who successfully complete the registration process and agree to the promo mechanics shall be included in the raffle draw.
  6. Registration must be completed no later than 11:59 P.M. on January 31, 2027. Entries from registrations or purchases made after the deadline shall not be accepted.
How to Earn E-raffle Entries

  2. All qualifying purchases and corresponding e-raffle entries shall be subject to verification and validation by Robinsons Appliances Corporation.
  3. Cancelled, returned, refunded, or otherwise invalidated transactions may be excluded from the promotion, and any corresponding e-raffle entries may be adjusted or disqualified, subject to the approved promotion mechanics.

  1. The electronic raffle draw shall be held on February 12, 2027, at 3:00 p.m. Philippine time, using the approved electronic draw system and procedure, in accordance with the approved DTI-FTEB permit.
  2. All valid and qualified e-raffle entries recorded during the promotion period and successfully registered within the prescribed registration deadline shall be included in the raffle draw, subject to verification and validation.
  3. The raffle draw shall be witnessed by authorized representatives of Robinsons Appliances Corporation, Data Analytics Ventures, Inc. (Go Rewards), and DTI-FTEB, as required under the approved permit and applicable regulations.
  4. Six (6) winners shall be selected, subject to validation of their eligibility and winning entries.
  5. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  6. Each participant may win only one (1) prize. If the same participant is drawn more than once, the participant shall be entitled only to the prize of higher value. Any remaining prize shall be redrawn in accordance with the approved promotion mechanics and applicable DTI-FTEB requirements.
  7. The draw procedure, electronic draw system, validation process, and selection of alternate winners, if applicable, shall be conducted in accordance with the approved promotion mechanics, DTI-FTEB permit, and applicable regulations.
Winner Notification
  1. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via registered mail and SMS to their registered Go Rewards contact details within seven (7) business days from the draw date.
  2. Claiming Period: Winners have sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within this period shall be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Appliances Corporation, with prior written approval from DTI-FTEB.
  3. Claim Location & Freight: Winners may claim their prize or prize vouchers at their designated/preferred Robinsons Appliances store. Any freight, delivery, or transportation costs associated with claiming or transporting physical prizes shall be shouldered entirely by the winner.
  4. Verification Requirements:
    1. In-Person Claiming. The winner must present two (2) valid government-issued identification documents and the original notification letter or official SMS notification, together with any other documents required for verification.
    2. Claiming Through an Authorized Representative. The representative must present a notarized authorization letter signed by the winner, the winner's official notification, two (2) valid government-issued identification documents of the winner, and two (2) valid government-issued identification documents of the representative.
    3. Condominium Prize. The claiming-through-representative procedure stated in item 4(b) shall not apply to the Grand Prize condominium unit. The Grand Prize winner must personally comply with RLC's applicable identification, documentation, and turnover requirements, subject to the approved promotion mechanics and relevant agreements with RLC.
Terms, Conditions, and Other Expenses
  1. Grand Prize Description. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) studio-type condominium unit with an approximate floor area of twenty-four (24) square meters at RLC Cirrus at Bridgetowne, with a stated value of ₱6,665,000, subject to confirmation by Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC).
  2. Expenses After Turnover. Upon turnover of the condominium unit and the winner's assumption of responsibility for the unit, the winner shall be responsible for all applicable expenses related to its ownership, maintenance, and occupancy, including but not limited to the following:
    1. Monthly condominium association dues and applicable special assessments;
    2. Electricity, water, internet, and other utility and service charges;
    3. Real property taxes and other recurring government charges applicable to the unit for the period during which the winner is responsible for payment;
    4. Maintenance, repairs, renovations, furnishing, and insurance expenses;
    5. Parking fees and charges for optional facilities or services, if applicable; and
    6. Other recurring expenses associated with the ownership, use, or occupancy of the condominium unit.
  3. Delivery, Transportation, and Incidental Expenses. Robinsons Appliances Corporation shall not be responsible for the winner's personal transportation, accommodation, moving, furnishing, or other incidental expenses incurred in connection with claiming, receiving, or occupying the condominium unit.
  4. Taxes, Transfer Fees, and Registration Expenses. Robinsons Appliances Corporation shall be responsible for the applicable taxes, documentary stamp tax, transfer tax, registration fees, title-transfer expenses, and other charges arising from the transfer or registration of the condominium unit, subject to confirmation of the applicable charges and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Turnover and Documentation. The winner shall comply with RLC's applicable documentation requirements and procedures for the acceptance and turnover of the condominium unit, including the submission of required identification and other supporting documents. The applicable turnover schedule, title-transfer process, unit inclusions, and responsibilities of the parties shall be communicated to the winner before the execution of the relevant documents.
  6. Unit Inclusions and Limitations. The Grand Prize shall consist of the bare condominium unit only. Furniture, appliances, parking slots, renovations, upgrades, and other furnishings or improvements are not included in the prize and shall be at the winner's expense.
  7. Failure to Complete Claiming or Turnover Requirements. If the winner fails to submit the required documents or complete the applicable claiming or turnover procedures, Robinsons Appliances Corporation shall handle the matter in accordance with the approved promotion mechanics, applicable DTI-FTEB requirements, and relevant agreements with RLC. Any disqualification or forfeiture of the prize shall be subject to applicable rules and any required prior written approval from DTI-FTEB.
  8. Prize Redemption.
    • Winners of the Robinsons Supermarket Grocery Voucher, Electricity Prize, and Robinsons Department Store Shopping Spree Voucher may opt to receive their respective prizes in one (1) lump sum. Robinsons Supermarket and Robinsons Department Store vouchers shall be subject to the respective terms and conditions of Robinsons Supermarket and Robinsons Department Store.
    • Travel Prize. The winner shall receive Cebu Pacific domestic or international flight bookings, whether single or multiple, with a total value of up to ₱100,000, subject to the following conditions:
      • Travel Period: All travel must be completed within twelve (12) months from receipt of the prize notification.
      • Booking Period: The winner must complete one (1) booking transaction covering all intended flights within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the prize notification, including submission of all passenger details, destinations, and preferred travel dates.
      • Flight Availability: All bookings are subject to Cebu Pacific's available routes, schedules, and seat availability.
      • Travel Expenses: All travel-related expenses not included in the flight bookings, including but not limited to travel taxes, visa fees, accommodation, meals, and ground transportation, shall be shouldered by the winner.
      • Winner Requirement: The winner must be included as a passenger in every flight. The prize is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Any unused portion of the prize value shall not be reimbursed.
      • Rebooking and Cancellation: Once confirmed, flight bookings cannot be changed, rebooked, or cancelled, including due to visa denial or failure to secure the required travel documents.
    • Grab Credits. The winner shall receive Grab eGifts purchased through Giftaway, with a total value of ₱72,000, released in two (2) parts of ₱36,000 each. The second release shall be scheduled approximately six (6) months after the first release. Each Grab eGift shall be valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date the recipient first opens the eGift. Expired eGifts cannot be extended. Each eGift may be redeemed for one (1) transaction through the Grab application in the Philippines for eligible GrabCar, GrabFood, or GrabMart bookings. Any unused amount shall be forfeited. The recipient must save the eGift to their Grab account through the Grab application on a mobile device. The eGift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or points. It cannot be used to pay surcharges or platform fees and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Redemption is subject to Giftaway's and Grab's applicable terms and conditions.
