How do I order online?

Do I have to create an account to purchase?

You may purchase as a guest on the website. However, we recommend creating an account so that all your details will be saved for your next purchase and you can get updates on the latest promos.

How to confirm if my online purchase was successfully processed?

Upon processing of payment through PayPal, you will receive an email confirmation that the payment was successful.

What are modes of payment available online?

You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal. 

Can I purchase my item online through Credit Card Installment?

Credit card installments are currently not available for online purchases.

Can I avail of financing loans?

At the moment, financing loans are not available on the website.
But you may still avail of a financing loan at the nearest Robinsons Appliances store.

Will I receive an Official Receipt for the item/s I purchased online?

Yes, the official receipt will be given upon delivery of the items; however, you will receive a payment confirmation through email once it is processed

DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your orders will be delivered 3-4 days after purchasing online.
Please make sure that someone will be available to accept the delivery.

INSTALLATION

Do you have installation services?

For installation services, you may send an email to shop@robinsonsappliances.com.ph with the subject line “Installation ”. You may find the order number on your receipt. Once sent, a customer service representative will contact you for the next steps.


PRODUCT WARRANTY

Do all items on the website have product warranty?

All items have manufacturer’s warranty. You may claim the warranty at any authorized service center of the brand.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return an item or have it exchanged if there are factory defects?

Send an email to shop@robinsonsappliances.com.ph with the subject line “Return “ and include the following info on the message:

a. Reason for Return: Damaged/Wrong Item

b. Image of Tape Receipt

c. Image of actual item and packaging. Include an image of the damage as well, if applicable

I changed my mind about the item I purchased. Can I return it and exchange with another item it?

Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for returning or exchanging. Our 7-day return policy is only valid for items with factory defects.
