1. This promo is open to all new and existing Metrobank Peso Visa/MasterCard, PSBank and Go! MasterCard credit cardholders in good standing.
2. The promo is valid at all participating Robinsons Appliances nationwide.
3. The promo period is from July 15 to September 15, 2010.
4. Cardholders get one (1) raffle coupon for every P1,000 spent on regular products and four (4) raffle coupons for every P1,000 spent on LG products at Robinsons Appliances.
5. Cardholders may redeem the raffle coupons at the Customer Service area of the Robinsons Appliance store where purchase was made. The cardholder’s charge slip and sales receipt will be stamped as CLAIMED after issuance of the raffle coupons. 
6. To qualify, the cardholder must completely fill out the raffle coupon(s) prior to dropping the coupon(s) in designated drop boxes located at the Customer Service area inside Robinsons Appliances.

9. The raffle draw will be held at the Robinsons Appliances Head Office located in Libis, Quezon City on September 30, 2010 at 3:00pm in the presence of a DTI representative. All winners will be validated by Metrobank Card Corporation.
10. Winners will be notified through telephone and by registered mail. Winners may claim their prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification at the nearest Robinsons Appliance store indicated in the registered mail and upon presentation of the following requirements:
    
    • Valid registered mail
    • Two (2) valid identification (e.g. School ID, GSIS or SSS ID, passport or driver’s license) and photocopy of IDs to be presented
    • Winning raffle coupon
    • Winning tape receipt and photocopy of the said invoice
    • Photocopy of the credit card used for the transaction
11. If the winning cardholder cannot claim the prize personally, his\her representative must bring the following requirements:
    
    • Valid and original registered mail
    • Winner’s Two (2) valid identification cards (e.g. School ID, GSIS or SSS ID, passport or driver’s license) and photocopy of IDs to be presented
    • Cardholder’s winning raffle coupon
    • Cardholder’s winning tape receipt and photocopy of the said invoice
    • Photocopy of credit card used.
    • Representative must submit two (2) valid IDs and bring photocopies of the said IDs
    • Minors 18 years old and below, must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian who must likewise present any valid ID.
12. Robinsons Appliances shall shoulder the 20% tax.
13. A Metrobank credit card holder can only win once within the promo period. If the cardholder is drawn twice, the winner shall get the prize with the higher perceived value.
14. Winners will be requested by a Robinsons Appliances Customer Service representative to fill-out and sign on the Promo Receiving Form.
15. Any discrepancy or evidence of tampering found on the winning raffle coupon, tape receipt and/or any pertaining requirements will automatically disqualify the cardholder.
16. Prizes that were not claimed after 60 days from receipt of notification from Robinsons Appliances shall be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Appliances with prior approval from DTI.
17. All installment purchases are subject to the Terms & Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Credit Cards (MCC) and all related provisions of MCC’s 0% installment program. The 0% interest on installment program is valid provided monthly bill is paid in full. 0% is applicable on 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.
18. Employees of Robinsons Appliances, advertising agency, and its affiliates, their respective advertising agencies, concessionaires, suppliers, their spouses and relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo. All employees and relatives up to the third level of consanguinity of Metrobank Card Corporation, are disqualified from joining the promotion.
